Single Module Aftertreatment System 

The Single Module™ is an ultra-high efficiency aftertreatment system. Previously, aftertreatment systems were designed simply to meet emissions requirements. This system, however, was developed specifically to meet customer needs first, while also meeting emissions standards.

The Single Module is designed to be up to 60% smaller and 40% lighter than preceding aftertreatment systems, all while improving emissions reduction performance.

Modular Aftertreatment System 

The Modular Aftertreatment System meets some of the world’s most rigorous emission regulations, as well as enhances reliability and efficiency of the engine system. This system combines proven diesel particulate filter (DPF) and selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system technologies into a flexible, modular solution. The system is available in 4 configurations: Vertical SCR, Inline SCR, Switchback and Frame Rail mount to fit customer applications.

Flex Module

Up to 50% smaller and 30% lighter than Tier 4 final systems this flexible technology package enables customers to fit this products into the challenging space restriction claims often seen in off-highway applications.

U Module

The U module uses advanced catalyst technology to achieve emission targets  and ultra high NOx conversion efficiency. Its has a dual wall design with insulation for high efficient thermal management.

Flexible Inlet and Outlet configuration(SIEO, EISO) offer easier, faster vehicle integration and product proliferation management. The modular accessible design of product provides convenience of maintenance for customer.

Urea Dosing Technologies

Urea dosing technologies are critical in enabling the NOx reduction capabilities of the selective catalytic reduction system. We offer urea dosing solutions that suit a variety of customer applications and function as airless or air-assisted systems.

UL2 Urea Dosing System

A liquid-only dosing system focuses on oxides of nitrogen (NOx) reduction capabilities that support application ranges from low to high flow selective catalytic reduction (SCR) dosing applications.
